Cases Without an Improvement Score
Q: Why do certain cases not get a Severity Adjusted Effect Size or Distribution of Patient Change graph?
A: There are two reasons:
-The case only has one assessment so far. Since the improvement score needs a pre and post change score to calculate, you’ll have to collect more data and then check again.
-The case in question is in the "Normal" (non-clinical) range. Since ACORN measures global distress over treatment, we don’t score clients who are not experiencing global distress. An analogy would be “if a patient isn’t sick, they can’t get better”.
