Why does the graph have “previous treatment episodes?”

From the graph page, you might see a client that has “Previous Treatment Episodes” in a list. The linked graph(s) show client progress from past date ranges. This will happen for one of three reasons:

  1. 120 or more days has passed since the last session with this client.

  2. When a client moves from using youth forms to adult forms (youth and adult questionnaires are scored by different metrics).

  3. When certain types of forms are used in the same case. So for example, if a client used an outpatient questionnaire, then switched to a substance use recovery questionnaire, their cases would now be split into two episodes.

What are the different form types?

-Adult Outpatient

-Adult Eating Disorder

-Adult Pain

-Adult Rcope

-Adult Trauma

-Adult Recovery (SUD)

-Adult SPMI (or IOP)

-Geriatric

-Youth Outpatient

-Early childhood

-Youth eating disorder

Finally, you will see multiple cases in the toolkit for a client if a youth client has a collateral rater (such as a parent or adult who knows the youth well who’s been asked to complete the form in addition to the client. Adult completed forms in these cases will be indicated with this icon on your dashboard:
