Client ID

The client ID in ACORN is how we track a particular client (rather than using their name).

• The client ID is determined by the organization.

• It must be alpha or numeric characters.

• It cannot be longer than 10 characters.

• It cannot begin with zero.

• Use an existing patient identifier or electronic health record id to make it easier to find/remember
